Clear Aligner Lab Process:
At M&M Digital Dental Lab, our clear aligner lab process begins with advanced digital scanning to capture precise 3D models of the patient’s teeth. Using these scans, our skilled technicians design a series of custom aligners that gradually shift the teeth into the desired position. Each aligner is crafted using state-of-the-art materials for optimal fit, comfort, and durability. The result is a streamlined, efficient process that delivers high-quality, clear aligners designed for effective and discreet orthodontic treatment.
Clear aligners gradually shift your teeth into the desired position by applying gentle, consistent pressure. Each set of aligners is worn for about two weeks before moving to the next in the series, progressively straightening your teeth.
For optimal results, clear aligners should be worn for 20 to 22 hours a day, only removing them for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing.
Clear aligners are effective for treating a wide range of orthodontic issues, including mild to moderate crowding, spacing, and bite alignment problems. However, severe cases may still require traditional braces.
You should remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything other than water to avoid staining and damaging them.
